1. Deposits and Payments

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your buffet order. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.

 

Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. Full payment must be made before the event; we cannot deliever or provide catering services without cleared funds.

 

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date – deposits and any other payments will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date – no refunds will be issued, as ingredients and preparation costs are incurred at this stage. If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing by email as soon as possible at info@thekabincrew.com .In the unlikely event that The Kabin Crew must cancel your booking (for example, due to unforeseen circumstances or supplier issues), a full refund of all payments received will be made.

 

3. Buffet Tray Deposit

A £20 refundable deposit will be charged for the buffet trays at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded in full once all trays are returned or collected in good condition after your event. If trays are lost, damaged, or not returned within 7 days of the event, the deposit may be withheld in full or in part to cover replacement costs.

 

4. Amendments

Minor changes to guest numbers or menu choices may be accepted up to 7 days prior to the event, subject to agreement and availability. Any significant amendments made less than 7 days before the event may incur additional costs.

 

5. Non-Collection or No-Show

If the customer fails to collect the buffet or is not available to receive delivery at the agreed time, no refund will be given.
